Innovative Knowledge Transfer
Description
Retaining knowledge from one generation of worker to the next is essential in maintaining an effective and efficient workforce. MiHR conducted research into tacit knowledge competencies that are at the greatest risk due to the high retirement rate in the industry. MiHR will capture executive, managerial, and supervisory insights on these competencies via video production. These videos will be posted on Explore for More once complete.
